2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days within the U.S.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery time for international orders is between 7-14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing may occur, especially for international shipments.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. These fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount. (Please check for any ongoing promotions or conditions for free shipping.)
  • Expedited and International Shipping: These shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Please note:

Cocoagownie is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an error with the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to update the details before the order is processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other remote delivery locations. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a valid residential or commercial address.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@cocoagownie.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue. Cocoagownie is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier, but we will work with you to help you find a resolution.
